Booking information

Exclusive services

Electricity costs are not included in the price. Bedclothes and towels are not included in the price, but can be hired for a fee of €8 per set.

Local tax

A local tax of €1.30 per person must be paid by anyone aged 14 and over.

Infrared sauna with relaxation room

There is an infrared sauna in the main building. Can be used for a fee.

Arriving and departing

Please take the following into account in your travel plans: The holiday cottage is ready for occupancy from 15:00. Please vacate the holiday cottage by 9:00 on the day of departure.

Non-smoking cottage

This is a non-smoking cottage. Smokers must take their cigarettes outside.

Pets

You may bring your furry friends on request, and for a small fee.

Internet

Free WiFi internet access.

Parking

There is ample parking space for cars and motorbikes.

Bread service

Fresh bread can be ordered daily on request.

Deposit and payment

To guarantee your reservation, we require a deposit to be paid to our account. Only then will your reservation be confirmed. Please pay the balance in cash the evening before your departure date.

Cancellation policy

Room cancellations are only valid if they are made in writing. Up to 3 months before arrival: no cancellation fee. Up to 1 month before arrival: the equivalent of 3 days’ stay will be billed. From 1 month before arrival, or in the event of early departure: 80% of the fee for the booked stay will be billed. The booking conditions pursuant to Austrian hotel contract regulations apply.

Travel insurance

A booking is a purchase agreement. Cancellation fees apply in the event of cancellation, late arrival and early departure. Anything can happen to anyone at any time (illness, accidents, etc.). We therefore recommend that you take our sufficient travel insurance.
